01 · The Challenge

The Ausbildung program — Germany's dual vocational training system — is one of the most underutilised opportunities available to Egyptian youth.

When DSE came to us they had 2,000 followers. Not a bad start — but 2,000 followers is a WhatsApp group, not a movement.

They did not just need an audience. They needed a community of exactly the right people: qualified, motivated young Egyptians genuinely ready to take the leap.

The Ausbildung program — Germany's dual vocational training system — is one of the most underutilised opportunities available to Egyptian youth. Open to nurses, electricians, craftspeople, anyone with a practical skill and the willingness to learn German. The German economy needs them. In Egypt, almost nobody knew it existed.
