She had spent decades inside classrooms — teaching, observing, understanding the gap between what teachers are told to do and what actually works.

She wanted to be the voice that Egypt's teachers turned to. The mentor most of them never had. The idea was original. The platform was nonexistent.

The world does not naturally imagine a 63-year-old grandmother as a content creator. That was the challenge. It was also the greatest asset the brand had.
